Today’s card is the gorgeous card of 'Love'.
Divine Source is the idea that no person, place, or thing is your salvation, only Love Itself.
Today we are reminded that LOVE is the way.
To love is to vibrate at a higher frequency, bringing oneself into divine harmony. The frequency of love is said to vibrate at the core of everything, everywhere. It is believed to have the power to heal, calm, restore and relax those who resonate within it. We are encouraged to lift our thoughts, feelings and vibration to the frequency of love.
When going about our day today, we are encouraged to look for ways to add a little loving to everything we do. We need to be aware of how our thoughts feelings and actions not only impact on others, but also ourselves. By noticing and changing the things we think, and the energy we project out into the world around us, we can alter the way we feel, giving opportunity to uplift ourselves and elevate to the frequency of love.
Some ways to resonate LOVE include:
Complimenting someone unexpectedly for something they have done, or for something you LOVE about them.
Stop and truly listen to someone when they are telling you something, give them your full attention.
Go out in nature and give thanks to Mother Earth for the all the ways she supports you and life itself.
Don’t forget to extend the vibration of LOVE to yourself.
Speak to yourself as you would a dear friend – Lovingly.
Forgive yourself for not living up to your own (often impossible) expectations.
Take a bath, read a book or mediate - look after you.
A meditation for LOVE
If you choose, sit quietly, close your eyes, breathe in and out deeply. (Three times)
As you breathe in, imagine your heart drawing in love from the universe. Filling it, gently and completely.
As you breathe out, envisage the love from your heart expanding from you in a heart shaped bubble. Surrounding you in LOVE.
Again as you breath in, imagine your heart drawing in love from the universe. Filling it, gently and completely.
As you breathe out, envisage the love from your heart expanding from you in a heart shaped bubble, out past your own physical body, to also hold the space you are in. Surrounding you and the space in LOVE.
Again as you breath in, imagine your heart drawing in love from the universe. Filling it, gently and completely.
As you breathe out, envisage the love from your heart expanding from you in a heart shaped bubble, out past your own physical body, to also hold the space you are in, and further out to the rest of the universe. Surrounding you and the space you are in, and the rest of the universe in LOVE.
Give thanks and gratitude for the LOVE that is inside you, the LOVE that is around you and the LOVE that resonates from you.
