Bee

Where should we place our focus today?

Today's card is the 'Bee'.

The ‘Bee’ comes to remind us that we need to be focused on the sweeter things in life, to look for the good and embrace that which enhances our lives today. Just as the Bee flies around collecting nectar and pollen to take back to their home or hive, ensuring they have as little impact on the world around them; We need to be mindful that as we go about our day, moving from one place to another, or from one activity to another, that we remain focused on the task at hand and tread lightly.

The ‘Bee’ symbolises a need for us to focus on what we need to do and to just go about our business and stay away from things that do not concern us. As today has the potential to draw our attention away from what we are doing to focus on, or defend things that may not be related to us specifically. We need to be mindful, that if we choose to defend ourselves, a loved one, our personal space or something similar, that we may have a sting in the manner in which we do this. When a Bee decides to defend itself or it territory, it uses the stinger in it tail, which means a certain death of it. So we are encouraged to be careful today that any response or actions we have, to anything we might choose to defend, support, or lend our time too, does not put an unintended end to a situation, or a severing to any relationship that we wish to maintain moving forward.

Live Oak

What does the universe wish for us to know today?

Live Oak: Longevity ~ Reliability

Oak Trees lives a long life, often spanning many centuries. Their branches twist and turn as they grow, reaching out in many directions. Wild Violet

What does the universe wish for us to know today?

Wild Violet: Self-actualisation ~ Individuality.

Wild Violet comes to us today in all its purple beauty. The colour purple is linked to the crown chakra and is the colour of spirituality and wisdom.

This card arrives today to remind us to embrace who we are. Like the Wild Violet, we can choose to run free and let our hair down, while shaking off any restrictions that may be present. We are spiritual souls, and as such, we are encouraged to tap into our unique gifts, knowledge and wisdom to take full advantage of them.

We can choose to follow our inner knowing while also bringing awareness towards acknowledging any limitations that may be present. However in doing so, we have a choice to make; do we accept these limitations as fact, or do we choose to change our perspective and break free from the web of restrictions they often hold us in?. Hand on heart... and follow Souls lead.

The Peach and Cowrie Shells

What does the universe wish for us to know today?

Two cards jumped out:

The Peach: Fertility ~ Love & Cowrie Shells: Passion ~ Feminine Power.

Peaches were highly prized for their juiciness and delicious flavour. They signal youth, fertility and new beginnings. The Peach reminds us to enjoy the sweetness in life and fruits of our labour, while also appreciating the fuzzy moments with gratitude.

Cowrie Shells signal wealth and power. They are also associated with the female sex organ, due to their shape.

The Cowrie Shells encourage us to explore our desires and remind us to connect to our feminine energy. They speak of renewal, reinvention and rebirth.

These two cards come together today to let us know that the new beginnings, refreshing of our ways or reinventing of our lives that we have done recently should be savoured and enjoyed. We have put the hard work in, and now we have an opportunity to relax and enjoy all the rewards and benefits that come along with any changes we have implemented.

So take a moment to really appreciate all that you have achieved.

Eucalyptus

What wisdom do the trees wish us to know today?

The card that came to us was ‘Eucalyptus’

The Eucalyptus tree is an ever evolving and adapting tree, that has survived over centuries to impart Ancient Wisdom to us today. The Eucalyptus comes in over 600 species and grows with ease, soaking up the warm and humid atmosphere of the Australian climate to which is it native, It is adaptable, balanced and bears flowers and fruits.

Many Aboriginals believe it is a sacred tree. They have used it’s wood for centuries, especially to make their didgeridoos. The Leaves of the Eucalyptus tree have an oil that can be extracted and has medicinal qualities. Its power is believed to clear a cough, soothe a throat, help keep bugs at bay, disinfect wounds, control blood sugar, assist us to breathe easier plus soothe cold sores. But its power does not stop there, it can ease joint pain and freshen your breath.

This card has arrived today to remind us that longevity comes when we have a balanced approach to life and a balance attitude. It encourages us to approach any situation we may be faced with steadily and not rush into it. By choosing a path of slow and steady, we give ourselves opportunity to adapt or change course if needed, rather than the alternative of rushing in and not making the distance. It also reminds us that we have hidden qualities, that support our journey and can heal us from within, we just need to choose to extract them.

Sassafras: Healing ~ Self Care

What does the universe wish for us to know today?

Todays Card: Sassafras: Healing ~ Self Care

Sassafras was once seen as a Medicinal Herb, often added to boiling water to create tea. It signifies that there is a need to slow down and add self-care rituals into our daily lives.

Our health is in the spotlight. We are encouraged to look after ourselves and find small ways to incorporate moments of self-care into our health and wellness routines. It is time for us to deal with any niggles we may have, acknowledge any health concerns that we may have pushed aside and to take action where needed.

By taking the time to slow down and truly connect with ourselves, we can pick up on the messages that our body is sharing and rewrite its story where needed.

Amaroo and Pono Pono

What guidance do the Earth Warriors wish to bestow upon us today?

Today two cards jumped out, and never before have I seen cards jump out numbered one after the other. In this case 26 & 27 - added together they come to the number 8.

The cards are: “Amaroo – Beautiful Place” & “Pono Pono – Immeasurable power of the heart way”

Amaroo – Beautiful Place. This card speaks of the desire for a beautiful world, one that we are encouraged to aspire too. An acknowledgement that a open heart full of unconditional love is the way forward. It reminds us that there is a solution unfolding to an issue we may be currently facing that is far more beautifully inspired than we could ever have dreamt of. We are encouraged to face any issues head on with love in our hearts, allowing for solutions to materialise before our eyes. Trust in the process, as we give flight to any limitations we place on ourselves, allowing them to fly away and be replaced with divine love and healing.

Pono Pono – Immeasurable power of the heart way. This card brings awareness to the fact that divine love is in our hearts and that it has the power to transform anything that may be worrying us, causing anxiety or distress. It reminds us of the healing power the heart plays in our lives and asks us to shift our focus away from over analysing or intellectualising we may be doing around a situation we may find ourselves in. It also reminds us not to be intimidated or frightened about any situation we may be experiencing, but rather to be open and receptive to the support of spirit and divine love.

Together these cards speak of the potential for a difficult time ahead. A time that we are likely to be more invested in via our intellect and head, but would benefit greatly, by approaching it from a more heart based response. The number eight links into the messages of these cards beautifully as it encourages us to be mindful of our ego. The cards also remind us by linking into our heart rather than following our head, we have the ability to remove limitations, transform worry and step into our power and to find solutions and create a more beautiful space for ourselves. The number eight supports this by reminding us that through drawing on our inner strength and wisdom, we can tap into our own self-confidence and be an authority on our own way forward. Divine love surrounds us and all we have to do is tap into it or ask for assistance, and it will provide, while the number eight speaks of a successful outcome.

Pachamama – She with the Andean Emerald Heart

What guidance do the Earth Warriors wish to bestow upon us today?

Today’s card is “Pachamama – She with the Andean Emerald Heart”

Pachamama is with us today to let us know that change is in the air. It will happen, we cannot stop it. However we have a choice. We can choose to fight it or accept it. She wishes us to know that we would benefit greatly by choosing to take the path of least resistance and by trying to go with the flow.

This card wishes to let us know that even though we may be currently experiencing, confusion, disorder, troubled emotions, or stress - that we would benefit enormously by just taking a deep breath and a step back. That way any feelings of overwhelm or the sense that everything is getting on top of us or out of control, can be slowed down and viewed from a fresh perspective.

We are reminded that we have the resources and knowledge to deal with the changes that are headed our way. We may not know what to expect or how things will unfold, but if we feel overwhelmed, we just need to remember to draw on our inner strength and trust that all will be well and we will get through the changes. We are also encouraged to ask for divine guidance if we feel the need for support. This card acknowledges that when the turmoil subsides, peace and harmony will prevail.
