Communication Co-creation

Where should we put our energy today?

Today’s card is “Communication Co-creation

Communication Co-creation:

Non-verbal communication, love language, telepathy, unique ways of communication, light language, multidimensional information, community coexistence, relationships, meeting our higher selves, really ‘seeing’ someone, deeper listening

This card reaches out to bring light to the languages that we speak, both out loud and unspoken. It wishes to bring our attention to the way we carry ourselves and the way we communicate. It shines a light on the often forgotten styles of communication that exist and draws them to our attention. It also hands us a timely reminder that how we express ourselves may not be how others perceive our communications.

The card wants us to know that communication is key today. We are encouraged to be aware of how we are communicating and what others are trying to communicate to us. We are also encouraged to be open to new ways of receiving information. Whatever you have to share, ask the universe to support you in being understood today and with understanding others. Maybe we say something and it is misunderstood. Maybe we walk into a room and feel like the air can be cut with a knife, Maybe we day dream or experience DeJa’Vu. Maybe we spend time listening to our soul or maybe we sense information and messages through non-traditional means, such as flashes of light, the touch of a hand or a combination of both.

Regardless of the style of communication we experience, may we share it with tenderness and joy and receive it with love and gratitude.

Water

Where should we put our energy today?

Today’s card is ‘Water’

Water:

Abundance, non-attachment, the paradigm of no scarcity, allowing financial and energetic gifts to flow through and create more

This card comes to us today to remind us that life is best enjoyed when it is free flowing and does not come face to face with resistance. It encourages us to embrace a mindset of abundance and leave behind any thoughts or feelings of scarcity. It also reassures us that if we are able to let go of any attachments to particular outcomes, that we may be holding on to, we open ourselves up to the ability to manifest more of what we do want, rather than what we don’t want. We are reminded that our thoughts carry great weight and therefore we are encouraged to choose wisely what we care to focus on, and think about – ie: Think choice rather than obligation, abundance rather than lack, and capable rather than incompetent. This card can also symbolise the washing away, cleansing and purifying of things that no longer serve our highest good.

Mount Shasta

Where should we put our energy today?

Today’s card is ‘Mount Shasta’

Mount Shasta:

“Your origins, the seeds that make you what and who you (are), star beings, sacred power places, unexplained mystical phenomena, intuitive messages and downloads, dreams and visions”

The power and energy of Mount Shasta is believed to enhance our spiritual growth, provide healing as well as awaken our Crown Chakra; providing us the opportunity to embrace a higher connection with ourselves. Many consider Mount Shasta to be the centre of the Universe, while others believe it holds a portal, with the ability to connect us to the Lemurian civilisation.

This card asks us to look deeper at things such as ‘Where do we come from?’, ‘Do we understands our origins, the seeds that created our existence?’, As well as noticing this like, ‘Are we pulled to connect with sacred spaces, the cosmos above, or the history of the ancients?’, ‘Do messages come to us in dreams, visions or intuitively?’

No matter how this card resonates for us, we are encouraged to look more deeply at our ancestry and lineage, both physical, spiritual and etheric; for this can provide us with a deeper knowledge and understanding of who we truly are, and what our strengths, gifts and talents may be.

The card also wishes to make us aware that we may be experiencing a feeling, or a calling towards places and spaces that have spiritual significance. By choosing to follow any gentle nudging we may be receiving, we are gifted with the opportunity to stand in the power of these sacred sites and soak up their energy. It is worth remembering, that we can call upon the energy of these sacred sites either through physically being there, or by visualizing ourselves present with them. By doing so, we have the chance to open ourselves up to receiving greater insights, and intensifying our connection to aspects of ourselves that we may not have be aware of previously.

Trust Your Innocence

Each week I choose a different deck to use, to draw insight from and to gain messages for all who choose to seek.

The Oracle deck I shall be using for the next seven days (23/10/2021 to 29/10/2021) is: the ‘Beyond Lemuria Oracle Cards’ by Izzy Ivy (Author and Artist)

The question I asked the cards was: Where should we put our energy today?

Todays card is "Trust your Innocence"

"Trust your Innocence".

"Truth, trusting yourself, being real with people, knowing the difference between intuition and paranoia, uncensored feelings, returning to innocence”

This card comes to us today to remind us to be true to ourselves and with other’s. There is great value in being honest with other’s BUT especially with ourselves. Honesty provides opportunity to peel away the layers of emotions, thoughts, feelings, and expectations (much like the layers of an onion), that surround us, lightning our load and giving space for our intuition to shine.

As we go about our day today, we are encouraged to acknowledge the first thing we think or feel in any given moment or experience and if we choose, recognise it as our honesty. For example if we are asked if we would like to do something, and our heart becomes heavy and our breathing changes, we can embrace the honesty of this and say ‘No’ to partaking in the experience. However if we are asked if we would like to do something and our initial experience is ‘No’, but our mind begins to provide reasons why we should be doing it, we can choose to recognize this as a layer that surround us (much like the onion) that we could greatly benefit from discarding in order to embrace our honesty.

You are encouraged to listen to your heart and stop second guessing yourself, to be truthful in your interactions with yourself and loved ones. In doing so you have the opportunity to experience a deepening of understanding and love.

Signs

Today’s card is ‘Signs’

Signs:

“Instincts are the message from the Inner Divine.”

We are reminded that signs are all around us, We just have to be open and receptive to receiving them. Signs are messages from our guides, higher self, soul, God. They can arrive on the tip of a soundwave, hidden deep within a song. Within the scent of the breeze, releasing an old memory or moment in time. Or through a blink of an eye, as we set our gaze over the space around us, and see the sign revealed. A sign can be an inner knowing, a tug in a particular direction, a skipping of a heart beat or a feeling deep inside. It can be sent via a symbol such as a feather, or delivered by a stranger or magically presented in some other way.

This card reminds us to be open and receptive to the many synchronicities and meaningful signs around us. It also encourages us to trust in our own intuition in understanding their significance and meaning and know that we are divinely guided.

Inner Child

Today’s card is the ‘Inner Child’

Inner Child:

Allow me to give compassion and love to that little one. Let me attend to its deepest needs and feelings.

The ‘Inner Child’ card wishes to remind us, that deep inside we all shield an aspect of ourselves, that at times reacts to life’s moments with a child like attitude. Maybe it’s the childish way we respond to a situation or the way we crave love and attention. Maybe it’s the need to be free of adult expectations and just be. Maybe it’s more about the emotional or physical after effects of childhood trauma or maybe it’s the yearning to feel safe and protected. Or maybe it’s something else….

Regardless of what it is for us, the Inner child card comes today to reassure us that, no matter what is occurring for us, and stirring awake our inner child, all we have to do is express love and compassion to support their deepest needs, and acknowledge their truest feelings. Through acknowledgement we give opportunity for understanding to occur.

When understanding occurs we have opportunity to show up for our Inner Child. By ‘showing up’ we can nurture them and begin to meet their needs. When we begin to met the needs of the Inner Child we provide support and opportunity for true healing to begin.

A beautiful way to acknowledge your Inner Child is to use a Hawaiian prayer called Ho'oponopono

Ho'oponopono (Repeat three times)

I'M SORRY....

PLEASE FORGIVE ME....

THANK YOU....

I LOVE YOU...

Reframe

Today’s card is the free flowing card of ‘Reframe’

Reframe:

This is happening for me, not to me.

‘Reframing’ is all about changing the way we relate, respond, feel, or think about something. It is looking at something from a different angle or perspective.

This card comes into our view today to reminded us that the manner in which we relate to something, and the perception we attribute to it, has power. For instance if we believe a situation limits our ability to achieve something, then we are less likely to achieve our desired goal. However if we choose to ‘Reframe’ this perceived limiting belief or situation, and see it as a challenging one instead, we open up space for new possibilities to arrive, and opportunities for success to follow.

This card encourages us to look at things we are currently experiencing in our life, and if they seem to not be supporting our highest good, to be open to the opportunity of ‘Reframing’ our thinking around them.

The card reminds us that we always have the ability to choose, and if we want, change the way we view situations and experience in in our lives. The powerful statement of

‘This is happening for me, not to me’

allows us an opportunity to gain a fresh perspective and the ability to increase our feeling of empowerment over the events in our lives, if we choose to embrace this way of thinking through the action of ‘Reframing’.

Allowing

Today’s card is the free flowing card of ‘Allowing’

Allowing:

Radical acceptance says yes to Reality in any given moment so what’s needed can come next.

This card reminds us that if we choose ‘Radical acceptance’ we gain the ability to recognise that there are things that are out of our control and that judgement serves no real purpose. Sometimes things just are, and this card strives to remind us that we could benefit from acknowledging this.

This card shows up today to inspire us to step into a state of ‘Allowing’, I space where we neither work towards, or against, what it is we desire. Instead we are encouraged to just ‘notice’ where we are, and how we feel, and if we choose, to align with the flow and path of least resistance. This step of ‘allowing’ has a different feel to yesterday’s step of letting go. For we are no longer being asked to choose to ‘let go’ of things such as preconceived ideas or fears, or to trust in the universe and have faith in its ability to have our back, but rather to choose to go with the flow and just allow things to come to us, without focusing on them or trying to exert control or attract them to us. If we choose to step into the space of ‘Allowing’ we provide an opportunity for our vibrational frequency to rise, and thus the energy we would receive back is also heightened, through the Law of Attraction.

The art of ‘Allowing’ can be tricky. I know that I have struggled with it over time. However the benefits can be amazing if one can simply ‘Allow’

I would love to learn more from others who may have experience in working with the art of ‘Allowing’, if anyone would love to share.

Letting Go & Nonduality

Today when I was shuffling the cards, two cards fell out – ‘Letting Go’ and ‘Nonduality’

Letting Go:

Everything is indeed out of control, and God will hold it all. I can safely let go.

Nonduality:

Let your authentic humanity shine forth while also bowing to the inner divine. You can become fluent at doing both.

The card of ‘Letting Go’ reminds us that to trust in the universe / God and have faith.

The card of ‘Nonduality’ reminds us that our physical and spiritual aspects are not separate from each other, but all one and the same.

When these two cards come together, they shine a light on the showing up authentically within ourselves, and to trust in the universe. They encourage us to let go of any fears, uncertainty or apprehension we may hold around stepping into our divine power and following our ‘soul’ voice.

Nonduality’ acknowledges that the physical and spiritual aspects of ourselves are not separate, but rather one in the same. It also reminds us that we have the ability to do this. By choosing to ‘let go’ of any preconceived ideas, fears, beliefs, old wounds, expectation we may have, and choosing to trust in the knowledge that the universe has our back. It reminds us that by ‘letting go’ we create space for something new to flow into our lives and abundance to flourish.

These cards encourage us to show up as, 'authentically us'. They wish to make us aware that now can be a great time to show ourselves in all our true beauty, if we choose to do so. They also wish for us to understand that we can choose to Integrate our spiritual and physical aspects into one, and be a spiritual being, living a human experience, as we go about our daily lives here on Earth, if we feel drawn to this way of living.
